Branded apparel that makes your business look sharp

People make up their minds about a business quickly. When everyone on your stand, at your event or on a client visit is wearing the same clean, branded gear, you look organised and established before anyone says a word.

Branded apparel is one of the simplest ways to add that credibility. Here's how to choose pieces that look good, get worn, and suit the way your business works.

Start with where it'll be worn

The right garment depends on the job it's doing.

  • Trade shows and conferences. Your people are on their feet all day and need to be easy to spot. A polo or tee in a strong brand colour, with your logo where it's visible across a busy hall, does the work.
  • Client meetings and site visits. A smart polo, a knit or a quality jacket with a neat embroidered logo looks professional without feeling like a costume.
  • Everyday wear. Hoodies and tees that people actually like wearing get worn on weekends too, which means your brand gets seen well beyond the office.

Embroidery or print?

Both look great when they're matched to the garment.

  • Embroidery suits polos, jackets, knits and caps. It feels premium, lasts well and works best with simpler logos.
  • Print suits tees, hoodies and larger designs. It handles detail and full colour, and it's a good fit for bigger placements like a back print.

If you're not sure, you'll see a proof before anything is made, so you can check how your logo sits on the garment first.

Keep the look consistent

A matching set says more than a mix of odd pieces. Pick one logo version, one or two garment colours that suit your brand, and the same logo placement across everything. If you're kitting out a stand, think about how the apparel sits alongside your banners and giveaways so it all reads as one brand. Our guide to trade show stand branding covers that side.

Get the sizes right

Nothing goes unworn faster than a shirt that doesn't fit. Collect sizes from everyone before you order, and think about offering a couple of fits where the garment allows. It's a small step that makes a big difference to whether people wear it.

Apparel at events

Branded tees were part of the kit for Broker X at Money Quest Conference 2026, alongside pull-up banners, tabletop banners and branded Toblerone bars. When the people on a stand match the branding around them, the whole setup looks deliberate.
