Medium-sized (approximately A5) mindfulness notebook with 300gsm kraft cardboard cover featuring 40 leaves (80 pages) of 100gsm lined white paper on the right and patterned paper on the left for colouring in. This notebook provides a practical way to take notes and relax. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
